I. Luxury Car Ride Services:

 Reservations: Reservations are required for all car ride services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fare. For cancellations within 3 hours, the full fare may be charged.
* Payment: Payment is due before the completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept all the major cards.
 Liability: AshPrestige is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic congestion or unforeseen circumstances. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our vehicles and passengers. However, passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings.
 Conduct: Passengers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior. Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be refused service.
 Privacy: We respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

II. Tax Preparation Services:

 Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your tax return. AshPrestige is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
 A detailed fee quote will be provided before commencing work.
 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your financial information. All information shared with us will be treated with the utmost discretion.
 Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in preparing your tax return. However, we are not responsible for errors made by the IRS or other taxing authorities.
 Deadlines: Please provide all necessary documentation to ensure timely filing. Late submissions may incur additional fees or delay processing.
